Being Innovative 2009-2010!
This is the message brought from the Communications Association of Hong Kong to all members in the 26th anniversary in year 2009. The team of 15 Executive Committee members continued to hold their position to serve the seven functional groups, they are CPE Vendor & Equipment Supplier Group, Fixed Network & VAS Group, Internet Service & Content Provider Group, Mobile Network & Service Provider Group, Regulation Issues Group, MVNO Group and Broadcasting & Entertainment Group.

To cope with 'Innovative', CAHK, with the support of OFTA, had completed a series of four seminars on Mobile Internet Education to the public in November 2009. It was also the first time for CAHK to join hands with Guangdong Communications Association to co-organise the annual golf event in Autumn. The Association also held Forum on TV Programs Creativity and Development in Hong Kong with Television operators during November 2009. In addition, we also care GREEN that we assisted in establishing the Green ICT Consortium with other six professional ICT bodies.

In the coming months, we will continue to organise the ICT and Business Innovation Seminar Series and a series of events in 2010 (such as Spring Dinner in February, World Telecommunication and Information Society Day during January to May, Joint event GuangDong-Hong Kong Telecom Seminar, Annual Golf Challenge and Publishing of the special Innovative Edition Official Guide). Your participation in these events would definitely encourage us to step forward.
