Dr. Hubert Chan
Chairman

New Executive Committee 2010-2012

It is really my great honour of being elected as the Chairman of CAHK again. In addition to those EXCO members who have been serving for the Association for the last two terms, we have few more new members joining the EXCO. On behalf of the new Board, I can assure that we will continue to further the Objectives of the Association with our unstinting effort. Let's work together to scale a new height for CAHK.

The Association has set up one new functional group, Green ICT Group in order to build up the awareness of Green ICT idea so that the adoption can benefit the industry as well as the society. We have total 8 groups, they are Broadcasting & Entertainment Group, CPE Vendor & Equipment Supplier Group, Fixed Network & VAS Group, Internet Service & Content Provider Group, Mobile Network & Service Provider Group, Regulation Issues Group, MVNO Group and the mentioned new group.

Our Executive Committee members have also been increased from 14 to 18 members covering various business sectors in the industry so as to provide more valuable ideas and supports to the Association.

In the coming months, we will continue to organise different networking luncheons, seminars and networking events like the welcome luncheon of new DG from OFTA, the ICT and Business Innovation Seminar Series, and the Annual Golf Challenge. During the second half year of 2010, the Association will continue a series of ICT projects like the operation of the Administrative Agency, Mobile Marketing Project, Delegation to Shanghai EXPO, Publishing of the special Innovation Management edition Official Guide, 27th AGM etc. Your participation in these activities would definitely encourage us to step forward.

I believe the CAHK would serve you better and create more value to you in the future. Thank you very much for your continuous support to the Association.
