The luncheon was held very successfully on October 9, 2000 in Furama Hotel and Mr. Fred M. Briggs from Worldcom gave us a keynote speech on the topic of "The Network for the 21st Century".  In order to generate the largest exposure in the industry and bringing the greatest benefits to telecom players in the field, the luncheon have been jointly organized by three associations namely : Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association (HKISPA), Hong Kong Information Technology Federation (HKITF) and Internet & Telecom Association of Hong Kong (ITAHK).

As beyond our expectation, the response are overwhelming.  It has attracted over 250 registrations for this luncheon and definitely we are sure that the luncheon has generated its greatest awareness in the field.  We will continue to invite quality speakers to give heat topic for not just ITAHK members but extended to all field players or other industries.
