3G will surely become the talk of the town again when the government plans to issue 3G licences in mid-2001 is
approaching.  Proposals for 3G licences are expected to be submitted in April/May.  Taking this opportunity, we have
invited Mr. Peter Tse, one of our associate individual member, to give talk on "Third Generation ("3G") Mobile Licensing in Hong Kong" covering wide spectrum of 3G licensing issues.  The talk was then held on April 26, 2001 in Regal HK Hotel. It has attracted over 80 participants to the event.
