ITAHK has the pleasure to invite the Director General of OFTA, Mr. M.H. Au to deliver a keynote speech for ITAHK members on "Industry Self-Regulation" on December 18, 2003.

In the speech, it covered the areas of how adjusting regulation as market develops; industry self-regulation as a substitute for government regulation; need to enhance quality of service and consumer protection; how self-regulation can help; and examples of collaboration opportunities between ITAHK & OFTA.
