Note for Application Procedure:

1. The Student Membership accepts online application only.
   
2. The Membership for this application will be valid from 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011.
   
3. The Annual Student Membership fee is HKD 100.

   -	Before you do the application, please make sure you have the following 2 items ready for uploading with the form:
   -	Photocopy of receipt (Bank in HKD100 into the association at HSBC A/C: 002-2-293070, please mark down applicant's name and contact no. on the receipt and upload the receipt via application);
   -	Photocopy of student card ID/Certificate;

4. Each student is entitled to join a volunteer training program of 20 hours, please choose one of the options via the application form.

   -	The association will issue an endorsement letter to the member who can complete the program within the year (i.e. 1st April 2010 - 31st March 2011)

• All submitted information should be true and well protected with privacy. The association assume NO obligation, responsibilities or liability for any disclosure of content through the communication via the email given by the student members;
• The association reserves the right to suspend the membership if the member is found any mis-conduct to threaten the industry or the image of the association.
