Geo-caching Hunting Competition Introduction With the program designed by Hong Kong Baptist University, Research Centre for Ubiquitous Computing, mobile devices supplied by Nokia (H.K.) Limited, sim-cards supplied by Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Ltd and network supported by Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Ltd, the Geo-caching Hunting and ICT Quiz Competition will be an half day activity to let the students and teachers to apply location-based and wireless technologies by entertaining adventure game in order to help them to solve different challenge in daily life in order to enrich the knowledge of ICT industry. Target Candidates All students currently enrolled in senior forms (IV – VI) of secondary schools and tertiary educational institutions are welcome to enter this competition. Date The competitions will be held on the launch ceremony day and will be started off during the ceremony on 16 May, 2009 Enquiry The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Communications Association of Hong Kong 無線定位尋寶比賽 主旨 在香港浸會大學-普適計算研究中心的支持下，為大會設計了無線定位尋寶及ICT問答比賽，此兩項目得到諾基亞(香港)有限公司提供移動設備、和記電訊(香港)有限公司提供sim卡及作為網路供應商，同學們可籍著半天的比賽活動，深入地運用無線技術的知識以應用於日常生活的不同需要，從而豐富大家的資訊科技知識。 參加者 高中組及大專學生。 比賽日期 大會會在2009年5月16日之慶祝及頒獎典禮後, 舉行 [ 無線定位尋寶比賽 ] 及 [ 二零零九香港通訊業聯會盃 ] 開賽儀式。 一般查詢 香港青年協會 香港通訊業聯會 |
