• 透過四格漫畫創作比賽，喚起社會各界對保護兒童於互聯網絡世界的安全之關注。
• 透過四格漫畫創作比賽，鼓勵青少年表達創意。

主題

• 以一則四格漫畫表達兒童在互聯網絡世界可能會遇上的危險；或
• 以一則四格漫畫表達如何為兒童提供一個安全的互聯網絡世界。
