Registration

Contestants should complete the entry form and return it with the artworks (actual and digital media in CD/DVD) to "Youth S.P.O.T. Support and Membership Unit, 20/F, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Building, 21 Pak Fuk Road, North Point, Hong Kong." on or before 6 April 2009 (postmarked). Please mark "4-panel Comic Drawing Competition – Secondary/Tertiary Group" on the envelope.
