Creating Mobile Applications for Smart Phones Competition (Proposal)
Introduction
To encourage young people to design software on different types of smart phones and to stimulate their creativity in proposing innovative mobile applications, Communications Association of Hong Kong (CAHK) and Pui Ching Academy (PCA) will launch the competition in April 2011.
In this competition, contestants are required to design mobile application for smart phones. The competition aims at:

Secondary Group & Tertiary Group
Contestants are encouraged to write a proposal on the design of an application based on the specification of a specific smart phone of their choice.

創意智能手機軟件(計劃書)製作大賽
主旨
為激發青少年對手機軟件的創意，本年度香港通信業聯會（CAHK）和培正專業書院（PCA）合辦了智能手機軟件製作大賽。透過創新地設計不同手機操作系統的軟件，青少年可以加強他們在手機軟件應用知識，同時亦提升個人創意。
在這次比賽中，參賽者須設計和/或開發智能手機的應用程式。該比賽旨在：
