All local mobile developers who are individual or in terms of company entities are welcome to enter this competition.
The Briefing Session
We have invited the Grand Prize winner of the Hong Kong ICT Award 2009: Best Ubiquitous Networking Award in sharing the technique of mobile apps. development, the rules and regulation of the competition will also be announced in the briefing session. Interested parties are welcome to join.

| • | Arouse youngsters' interest in, and to demonstrate the opportunities brought by mobile broadband and mobile applications development. |
| • | Encourage the participants to focus on creation of mobile VAS so as to further prosper the local developer as well as mobile markets. |
| • | Provide business opportunities for local developers. |

The Submission
Contestants should design and implement a creative application and service with business potential.
Required content and specifications:
| • | Contestants can create their application on any mobile devices, models or brands by using any programming language. |
| • | Subject or theme of the application is free of choice. Total file size of the application for uploading should NOT exceed 5MB. |
