Rules

1. Contestants must upload their submission on or before 18 April, 2011 to the Organiser.
2. Each contestant can maximum submit THREE applications.
3. Each contestant must guarantee that he or she is the originator of the submitted product and he or she is the sole owner of the intellectual property concerned.
4. The staffs of Organizers and their immediate families are NOT eligible to compete.
5. In any case of dispute, the decision of the Organizers shall be final.
6. All contestants must agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations.

Judging Procedure

• The Judging Panel will select the best three submissions from all the qualified submissions.
• Results will be announced at the official website of “WTISD in Hong Kong 2011” by end of May 2011. Winners and their nominating department will be notified by the Organizer individually about the prize and prize presentation arrangement.
• Prize will be presented on 14 May 2011 at the Prize Presentation Ceremony.

比賽規則

1. 參賽者須將作品於2011年4月18日或之前上載。
2. 參賽者最多可提交三份作品。
3. 參賽者需保證其作品皆為原創及拥有權。
4. 所有主辦機構的員工或家屬均不得參加比賽。
5. 如有任何紛爭，主辦機構拥有最終決定權。
6. 所有參賽者需同意和接受本比賽的規則和條件。

• 評審會選出三份最佳作品
• 比賽結果會於2011年5月初「香港世界電訊及資訊社會日」的網站公佈。主辦機構會個別通知得獎者和其提名機構關於獎品和頒獎禮的安排。
• 所有獎品會於2011年5月14日「香港世界電訊及資訊社會日」慶祝及頒獎典禮中頒發。
