- Make IDD calls at bargain prices with the designated prefix of your subscribed service provider, to avoid unintentional use of a prefix which involves higher charges. This is applicable to both fixed and mobile service numbers.
- Beware of related IDD rate when making an IDD call. When pressing “+” from handset, the IDD rate should follow IDD 001.
- For telephone line with 3-way conference function, it is important to make sure the handset is hung up whenever an IDD call is finished. Otherwise unintentional use of IDD may result in long-duration call charges.
