CAHK has been at the forefront of the communications industry since 1983. In step with the evolving needs of society, our enduring mission is to safeguard the interests of the industry by serving as a dynamic networking platform and a strong advocate for industry needs. We are honored to act as a bridge between the HKSAR Government and the industry by providing professional input on policies and regulations, facilitating constructive dialogue and fostering a favorable business environment for the development of communications and ICT industry. 

In support of the HKSAR Government's 2026 policy priorities for innovation and technology development, digital transformation, and the sustainable growth of emerging industries, and with the staunch support of the Executive Committee, former chairmen and vice-chairmen, members, and generous partners, CAHK has contributed policy recommendations for the 2026 Policy Address and the First Five-Year Plan. Our members have also provided professional services to community, facilitating the practical application and deep integration of these developments across sectors. 

I have been a CAHK member since 2016 and taking up the position and duties of Chairman marks not only an honor, but also a new milestone in my journey of contributing to the communications industry. Looking ahead, CAHK remains committed to advancing the development of communications and ICT, strengthening industry collaboration, promoting professional standards, and keeping pace with the times.
